Return and Refund Policy
At Zenquro LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, our return policy is designed to be clear and hassle-free.
1. Our 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@zenquro.com or call us at +1 (718) 318-3587 during our customer service hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST). Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs Zenquro LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. You will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
7. Damaged Items or Order Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must report any issues with damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
8. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
9. Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@zenquro.com or +1 (718) 318-3587. We can cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an item has been shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
10. Shipping Information Zenquro LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Our standard shipping is free for all orders and typically takes 3-7 business days after an order processing time of 1-2 business days.
