Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping services exclusively within the United States.

Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and start after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Zenquro LLC only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. Please contact us immediately if you believe your shipping address was entered incorrectly.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Zenquro LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
