Our products are primarily impact drivers and related power tools. We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Payment must be received in full before any order is processed and shipped. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

6. Order Processing and Acceptance

After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. This email does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms the product has been shipped (the “Shipping Confirmation”). The contract between us (“Contract”) will only be formed when we send you the Shipping Confirmation.

7. Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: We process orders within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
  • Domestic Shipping Only: Zenquro LLC currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Shipping Rates & Times: We offer Standard Shipping, which typically delivers within 3-7 business days. All standard shipping is free of charge on all orders.
  • Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing tracking information.
  • Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@zenquro.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@zenquro.com during our business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST). We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Zenquro LLC will cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid label.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be applied to eligible returns.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, typically 5-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@zenquro.com.
